Found this image but I don't know the original source. Anyone have more info?

And those two C/D images seem to combine the modified Avensis front end (to B-pillar) with a Camry rear end (from the B-pillar back, with the more formal, higher C-pillar and the boomerang tail-lights).

The Lexus HS is based on the Japan-only Toyota Sai (which is based upon the Avensis). The HS and the SAI look remarkably alike, with the exception of different front end (and front fenders), rear tail-lights (HS has horizontal ones whereas Sai has more vertical ones), and the kink in the rear quarter window. The proportions of the Sai look as awkward as the HS. (Sorry, no pictures.)
