I'm currently looking for a new car, and the dealers have factory incentives which seem to expire on 4/2. I know that the dealer wants to put pressure on customers to buy, and they claim the incentives will expire, and you must buy now.

What is the truth in this? Do new incentives just come along each month? Or, is it really like they say--maybe there will be a new one, and maybe not, and if there is, who knows if it will be as good?
