AutoGlance car search site?
Anyone ever used it to find a car? ... link
I've been working on my own mini ruby mechanize scraping app to pull the inventory of most of the south texas dealers and broker inventories
It's all a bunch of hacked up stuff throwing it rudely into a database but at least now I can find a specific car, it's history of pricing and do all sorts of analysis AND find availability
Considering the concept of buying a sports car today versus what the internet can provide there is a huge imperfect market and this fixes that by connecting the buyer with the seller, those sellers who jump on it first will make the most money until the margins get even lower
How much negotiation of prices have you had with 'internet only prices', everything in buying a car can be modeled, it is surprising that most dealers play games with this buyers order **** and pricing
