Review: 2012 Nissan Versa Sedan
It's not a car I would buy, but if he wants a brand new car instead of used, with the perks and warranty that goes with a new car, doesn't have much to spend, and can tolerate some road noise and a basic commuter-car lacking in some creature-comforts, road-manners/refinemet, then go for it. And, to be fair, the car, like all vehicles, does have its good points...low price, reasonably good reliability (from what I've seen in the specs, it is a true Nissan design, with minimal French-Renault Influence), easy simple-to-use controls/*****, and a fair amount of rear-seat room for its class.
