Hello Car Community!

I have a question relating to the above mentioned product. I recently purchased it based on the advertised "it works with any USB Device that can be put into disk mode".

The device works with with my IPOD, USB HDD, and USB Flashdrive, however it does not work with my HTC Evo cell phone in "disk mode". I know I have the format right because I can take the SDcard out of my phone, put it in a USB adapter and it plays...

I was wondering if anyone here has experienced the same issue, and if there is a workaround? VAISTech's response was effectively "too bad put your SDCard in an adapter" which I don't find to be an acceptable solution and defeats the main reason I purchased the product in the first place.

Any comments and/or advice is welcome.

a customer of mine tried it with his VML (which i assume have somewhat the similar kind of setup as ML+ in the mp3 emulation mode) and same thing, can't read "through" the Evo. we played around but couldn't find a way either
