So for M-Sport do they have M-Sport badges like how F-Sport has F-Sport badges?

even more than mercedes, all of their sedans look the same at BMW now. The main difference is no longer design cues but simply the size of the car. I am not a fan of the aesthetics on the new 3. But then again we never like the new 3 series when it first comes out. It takes a couple of months to warm up

From certain angle it looks good (ex. That M Sport model). But from the side, it just looks weird how the hood suddenly slopes down toward the grille within such short distance. Perhaps it looks better in person. In any case I've always liked the coupe a lot more. Can't wait, especially the M coupe.

M-sport is looking really hot.........or rather 'cool' (since the car featuring it is in blue color).

But man, the M-sport package looks really sleek and awesome. Too much awesomeness indeed.

With that said:
The next M3 will definitely be a WINNER in the looks department (even more than the E90 M3) .

It's just too damn cool

and that's a bad thing? it's called branding. you WANT similarity across models if you want a strong brand.

Fixed for accuracy. Bland, boring, uninspiring. People bash the Camry etc for it but of course this gets a huge pass.

Bangle now looks like a design savior.....wow, he was ahead of his time...

Audi does it worst, A4 5 6 7 8 all look the same, if I owned a A8, I don't want people tell me that I have a enlarged A4.

Back to topic, Bangle's flame surfacing does look better now.

After looking more at the pics, I can't figure out exactly what to think of the front end. One one hand, that "unibrow" mentioned by others is a bit noticeable. On the other hand, I must give BMW credit for not making the front end EXACTLY the same as the 5 Series or 7 Series. At least from the front, this will actually be identifiable as a 3 Series.

lol, really, even the sport model?

you said earlier:

That front end is dowdy though..
kinda depends on the angle. certainly the first pics in this thread it doesn't look too good, but the later, higher quality, more 'real' pics it looked good, i think.

and i'll take dowdy front over the 4gs front end which after looking at it a lot, i find ugly. and why no fogs on the sport version?

Do not like the hood shape, looks bulbous. It doesn't matter since all 3 Series will be bought up by 30's and early 40's singles and couples without kids.

Ah I see.

Btw, which one we referring to: the regular, the Sport trim..........or the M-sport package front grille?

Well, this new 3 is little more aggressive looking with the squinting headlights.

I definitely missed Bangle's design now after seeing the current design .
At least from a far away, you can easily tell it's a 3, 5 or 7

I was behind a new audi yesterday (well, about 5 cars behind) and told my wife to check out that new A4. As we got closer, she said, "no, it's the A8".

oops
