That happened to a friend of mine, he was flying down the highway, doing 140+ (on a bike) and when he got to his exit, 20 cops waiting for him had the exit closed and they all threw their lights on
Whoa, were they in pursuit or something to know which exit he'd take? If I was zooming 140+ mph and I passed a cop, I would definitely get off the next exit if he's out of sight and make a u-turn back onto the opposite on ramp to throw the cop off!
