I would hope so since it cost about $20,000 more...

Everyone has different opinions, but I personally feel the new Mercedes products are good-looking, for the most part. Most of the new Audis and Bimmers are ugly though, with the exception of the new 5 Series for me.

Sadly another MMC that makes things busy instead of cleaning things up. A MMC used to clean up an exterior and make things smoother, MMC today ads vents, lights, creases and anything just for the sake of it.

This is horrendous. I don't want to hear ANYTHING about the IS C styling. Then this thing is FWD with a 4 cylinder for 40-65 grand!

Agreed. And thats because the headlights are too high up. Or at least the way they cut out the bottom portion of the lights, makes the entire assembly appear higher than it really is. High headlights equal trucks and SUV's. Low headlights equal sports cars. Audi should know better.

Such a step back. Why mess with perfection?

Man, at first blush that resembles the TT. You know for a while there, Audi had a great recipe in which the 3,5 and 7 were distinct and gave Audi a nice contrast...almost a very aggressive and bold voice in the sea of mundane/cookie-cutter cars (the 4,6 and 8 almost seem to "fuse" into one another...I still have problems telling them apart since the 4 continues to get bigger and fatter each year)

I fell in love with the 5 when it originally launched...this not so much. Also, stop jacking with all the damn LED light modules. Find a distinct style and stick with it (e.g. BMW's corona ring lights).

I agree i prefer the older design making it look "lower" and more sleek.

Front end honestly reminds me of the new 1 series.

Definitely a step backwards. What a shame.

Lol, FWD 4 cyl with soft top roof and tucked in wheels, for 40-65K? That's almost insulting to call it a luxury car. And the front is now uglier, and the whole car looks more bloated.

And look at how much tucked in those wheels are!

TRDFantasy, you are right, most base model cars have tucked in wheels and bad stance, like the above A4. But as soon as you go to a S5 or even A5 S-line, it is not bad at all, definitely not as bad as the LFA Nurburgring Edition.

A base model A5 is only $45k, a Nurburgring Edition is $450k
