No they are pa speakers, like for announcements and such, really loud and annoying. Alot of the clubs that drive these cars will stop at red lights and blast them while they "pop trunk" and show everyone what they have in the trunk. Lmao they commonly have air horns too that they like to honk at each other....but idk I guess it's a fad just like spinner wheels, or at least one can hope.
