It really depends on the US state as to if it is street legal or not. The only issue I have ever seen with getting one street legal is the vehicle emissions testing. Although aftermarket parts can be purchased that will make it within emission standards. For the consensus, in most US states it is legal from the OEM.Originally Posted by JessePS
