The exterior is horrible in my opinion. It looks like the front, side and rear were taken from different Mercedes' models and glued together to produce the new ML. I'm also wondering why the vehicle appears so "high" in relation to the "small" tires - it doesn't look good.

I prefer the model it replaces. That vehicle is handsome and elegant.

The Ponton fenders work well on the CLS, works barely on the E, does not work well at all on this.

Its sad that Benz design is so bad stock you HAVE to get the sport package/large wheels. I am stunned at how bad this is seeing these new pics. Its like a GLK mixed with Kia. Wow.

Interior is much better and now near class leading in pics.

There is something about the proportions which make it seem less athletic compared to the current one. This has gotten a bit chunky. But that will not matter one whit to customers because it's a Benz.

The exterior shots make it look like the previous X5 in some angles. Handsome, but a slight step back from the current M-class. The interior however, is much better.
