You know what I just realized? The new Chrysler 300's interior is almost IDENTICAL to the interior of a Lexus LS430 01-05.... I mean, just look at your picture and compare! It's ridiculous, it's like they didn't even try.

A6 - bland
Civic - barely noticeable
Sonic - bland, bulgey and bug eyed
Prius MPV - predictable

Why are you trying to compare 6 year old Lexus (that was originally priced over $55K) to a refreshed Chrysler that starts under $30K?

I give props to Chrysler for making the interior MUCH better than what was in there before.

For the most part I agree. A lot of terrible new vehicles and concepts, save for a few like the 918.



Lowered expectations?

Sure, we can give props to Chrysler for making it better than before, but the 300C interior was WORST-in-class before, so improving from rock bottom is not very hard to do.

Should we really give Chrysler so much credit from going from rock bottom to now being merely mediocre?


Doesn't matter how old the LS is, but that is almost a shameless interior copy.

What was I comparing here? There is nothing to compare....
It's pretty obvious unless you are a blind bat that this is a blatant copy. Am I supposed to give Chrysler props for doing this? No. This just goes to show that they have no creativity at all. It's bad enough that the 300C was a Bentley ripoff from the get-go, but now they have shown us they can't even create an interior that could be called their own. Chrysler has absolutely no innovation.

Chrysler is in a really bad spot right now and they know it... and YOU know it also.

While I do think it is a blatant copy of the LS of lore, Lexus should take this as a compliment, and Chrysler is LEARNING from the best. Take it for what it is.

I think it looks fantastic, amazing and incredible. LEAPS AND BOUNDS improvement over the previous model.

Granted, Chrysler is always 10 years behind Lexus.
