not too bad but agree that they went overkill on the leds, they one-upped audi

current gen. is pretty good looking as is.

Same here.

They borrowed the SL's headlight.

That looks great! I love the interior. I've always been a big fan of the C class Benz.

Great job Benz! Interior is a big step up, and the exterior looks more upscale.

Other than that, I do appreciate the changes. I never had any issues with the current model, and it seemed perfect as it is.
Still not as bad as Audi .

This new nose has grown on me though, especially with the AMG versions ...

I freaking hate all the stupid LED lights. They are so played out, make cars look like Christmas trees, and produce no useful light output. They are only useful for marker/indicator/brake lights, but totally useless for fog lights and headlights.

Don't care for the botox headlights. The old ones looked sleeker and cleaner. Plus, the 2011 Sport already had the lower LED's. Funny how Mercedes isn't mentioning that at all in the press release. Interior looks much improved and props for offering a standard chrome tailpipe even though they are not dual on the four cylinder.

Overall, I'm surprised they did exterior changes two years in a row. It's interesting to compare this business practice compared to stingy Toyota and Honda.

i think the LED headlights of the R8, LS600hL and RX450H would beg to differ.

The usage on this car and all the other cars you see aren't meant for fog/headlights but as daytime running lights. I much prefer the LEDs to the yellow DRLs to be honest

actually led headlight performance on lsh and rxh are less than that of their hid brothers. i didn't know r8 has led headlights? i thought they have led has drl.

in any case, i am not a big fan of led headlights yet except the cool factor. but as accent light or drl, if designed well, they are pretty nice

Sounds like the previous gen small V6 or turbo 4 banger @204 hp. Is the C350 the non-DI upgraded 3.5L used in SLK?
