lol

It continues to boggle my mind that the Insight debuted AFTER the Prius3 and this is the best they could do.

I don't think I have even seen one of these on the road yet. The Honda dealership here has plenty of them... but it seems as if nobody is buying them here at all.

What's worse is that Honda had over 5 years to look at the 2nd gen Prius and they couldn't even come close to that. They had to know that the new Prius would be another big improvement over the last, yet they built a car in-line with a 12 year old 1st gen Prius.

Thats a good point. I think most people were expecting something to truly meet/beat the Prius. Instead we got a Civic hybrid drivetrain in a Honda that looks like a Prius.

Completely ironic they billed it as the "hybrid for everyone" and hardly anyone like it, even with it's aggressive pricing.

Yup. And when you compare to the Civic Hybrid, the Insight is a clear waste.

Honda should have more heavily marketed the Civic Hybrid if they wanted to up its hybrid sales. It seemed to have been overlooked.

The Civic looks way the hell better, gets BETTER fuel economy!, and is around the same price. The whole Insight project makes no sense. I think in Honda's mind they needed a car with the same "hybrid look" that the Prius offers to sell hybrids.

Thumbs down

did they also remove 2 speaker output from the radio also buyers can't add 2 more speakers down the line?
2 regular speakers are so damn cheap, what $20-$30 and they couldn't spare that????

Honda's new slogan:

"We cut down the quality and past that on to YOU!!!!!!"

stupid honda continually insulting the (blind) consumers and flushing their name down the toilet
