Future predictions never pan out. They're never even close.

It's particularly interesting watching old movies that present the future.
In many cases, we've caught up to that future (or passed it depending on the movie). And it's amazing to compare the predictions to realities. A lot of technologies never came along, other technologies came that could never be conceived at the time.

One quick example to compare to our current time (at least close to it)? Back to the Future 2, showing 2015 (30 years forward). Guy's remember it?

There were skyways filled with flying cars, hover boards, cars that looked like the one posted here, robotic clothes, a Coke costs $50, and many more outrageous ideas. Yet, no one thought of the internet and its massive influence. Or smart phones. Or iPods...

Would be interesting to knwo what the chassis is? I would assume just from lookin at it its based on the T-rex trike, with a fully custom exterior


Would have to see it in real life to really judge.

 

On second thought, clearly its not, there are 4 wheels on that futuristic mashup car, but i def think its based on a buggy of some sort w a custom shell
