So I went through my Paypal and got the number for S2CarbonWorks and called. I spoke with a guy over the phone and asked if he was aware of the prices for the coilovers and rims. He said they were aware of it and that the website is going though changes. Also stated that anyone that does buy the coilovers for $10 plus shipping will be refunded.

I didnt want to call to kinda let the cat out of the bag but was just curious. So, thats where the $10 coilovers stand at right now....

 

^^ Guess that answers the question of whether people will get them or not. I wonder why they are still taking orders online though for that price. It doesn't take long to change a price on a website...

...Hopefully they aren't planning to stock up on orders and withdraw the money and bounce!

 

So i guess its taken them a year to change the prices because its been $10 for a year or more according to the other threads.. Hope u guys get your money back..

Did anyone notice the word "exchange" in the description? Do you put your car up on blocks for the foreseeable future and send them your present coilovers? These appear to be refurbs with a paint job. Good idea to wait and see in six months or so if anyone still considers this a "deal".

Well, Paypal issued me a refund. I received back the funds that I had in my Paypal, about $26 bucks. Still waiting to get the rest of the balance to my checking account. Guessing with the weekend it might take until Monday.

Not surprised to be honest. Just glad I got my money back and I didn't have to deal with Paypal buyer protection.

The website still lists them for $10.

Would not buy anything from this site regardless of price and whether or not they actually have the item in stock. If they can't post a correct price or change an error quicker, how can I expect anything worthwhile from them. Shady.
