Not suicidal? Lol, I think that is textbook definition of suicidal, especially when there is music from The Matrix Reloaded playing in the background, the same music that plays during the infamous highway chase in Matrix Reloaded.

As already stated, if one person switches lanes, he's dead. Oh and in Moscow, people very often switch lanes without signalling, and generally without warning.

So yes, that was a crazy Russian and yes he has skill, but he has more arrogance than anything else.
