There was a $4500 incentive on the 335d for quite awhile.

so I'm guessing....let me know if I'm close....
MSRP $51000
INVOICE $46500
paid about $50K OTD, then you'll see the $4500 ECO credit on you tax return?

The eco-credit is an immediate discount. The Tax Credit is $900 for the 335d during the tax return.

The X5d is pretty tempting though. An e90post member got these:
$2500 Holiday Cash
$1500 Voucher for participating in BMW Accident Research Program
$3500 off for the Diesel
$1800 Tax Credit
$1000 BMW CCA Membership Rewards program
Note: X5 receives higher discounts (BMWCCA, Tax credit).

I always like the M sport package body kit. I like the stance of your 335d, not a big fan of the LM wheels though.
