If you read Jay Leno's trials with his jet car, including the braking, transmission, and heating issues, you have to wonder just how drivable this thing is. Leno probably has well over a million invested in a scratch-built car that doesn't seem very practical.

OTOH, this car is advertised as "USE TO BE NEW". I've got a 17 year old minivan in the driveway that "USE TO BE NEW" too.
