I'm sure he was cited for "driving too fast for conditions", just like anyone on this board would have been in the same situation.

wouldnt you agree that the guy was obviously doing some insane speeds to do that kind of damage?? This cop had watched to many episodes of COPS

Yes I would agree, for sure insane speeds.
But that has nothing to do with a cop being cited like a civilian. Obviously he might face other actions by his department and superiors.
