Most Reliable Lexus
By it being so rare, i would think that will set it up to be sort of a classic for Lexus enthusiast sometime in the future IMO. I would love to find one in fair condition to restore for fun.

Still running strong with love...
Friend in Edison, she has the first year ES250 and still loving it. I think she's probably in excess of 275K with original engine and transmission. Regular dyno no synthetic either. Cloth interior and probably worse than a modern Camry, but it's still running and she loves it. Size is fine with her.

definitely the es300. we had ours for up till almost 200k miles (MY '92). usual maintenance, everything was changed at the right time, and so reliable. we were sad to give it up, but for a 200k car hitting almost 2 decades, we had to cash in on the cash for clunkers program.

And it's important to keep in mind that this is the 3-year ownership survey, not a vague, subjective one such as an "Initial Owner Satisfaction" survey.
