true, and I don't like paying $100+/hr labor rates as much as anyone else...
however, think of it as this way. The company charges the same but at the same time has a lot more customers (which is obviously what they're trying to attract). This is how I think they're going to pay for stuff. Not raise prices, etc.
Lexus Carlsbad has never price gouged me at service and they fixed some stuff on my gs300 under warranty when I was over warranty.
