To be fair, new motorcycles NEVER have any miles on them when they arrive at the dealer. They're packed in a crate and drop shipped, then assembled at the dealer.

OK, guys, if that's the case, then I just learned something. I didn't know that. I thought bikes were fully assembled (and tested) at the plant. Of course, bikes are not my forte, so I don't claim to be an expert on them. My thing is cars.
