I've been thinking of going the Aem route, but not to sure on this. I haven't bought the car yet (lol), but Ive got a lot of the other stuff planned out.
Basically, does the AEM standalone only run on OBD1 (-1995) sc's?
Whats the best possible if money didn't matter solution for OBD2 2jz's?
Edit, and also is the AEM ems the same model and part number for 2jzge and 2jzgte? Im going NA-t.

AEM EMS doesn't have OBD at all. It's a complete replacement for race cars. As far as compatibility goes you should check with AEM.
For Supras, you can use AEM EMS on either OBD I or OBD 2 cars. After installing I don't believe you'll have any OBD functionality. TT and NA AEM EMS boxes are the same. I believe there is a switch that lets to convert to one or the other (as far as I remember).
