I don't know that I'm on board with banning cell phones while driving, but I don't see how anyone can argue in favor of texting or emailing--certainly not while driving a bus:

Even with the cell phone law in California, I still see this happening all over the roads. Plus, it doesn't help when civilians see authorities using their cell phones while driving because apparently, the law doesn't apply to them.
