I think by comfort access they're referring to the combo of windows up/down as well as the push button start.

the lexus Smart Key has windows down (and would probably have windows up if not for the Toyota legal dept). A freakin Nissan Sentra is available with Intelligent Key--there is nothing "decadent" about this feature.
