Thumbs up 7 In Front of Chris Bangles House. Also 7 Product Info Bundle.

Back in September, a fellow Bimmer forum member lives near Munich in the same town as Chris Bangle and snapped these nice pics of the upcoming 7! I can only imagine what else lurks behind his several other garage doors...

Way better, especially the back. The front clip is a little weird.

The only thing I don't like about this car is the new HUGE grille and the very upright bumper and front end. I wish it had some shape to it.

Other than that I'm a fan

I don't like that big and bulging grille, & the shape of the tail lights. I actually think the front and the (facelifted)rear end looks better on the previous generation.

I like it, but doesn't have the same presence as a ls, or s class, maybe it is just me though

I don't think that there is any part of the new 7 that isn't a considerable improvement over the outgoing 7. Heck, just getting iDrive II would be reason enough to ditch the previous version. Regardless of what challenges are going to be in iDrive II, it will be better than V1.

Honestly, I am just not a fan. It looks very blah to me. Saw it at the DC Auto Show and spent no more than a minute circling it and then I moved on. It may be plus, but I would NEVER consider it over the current LS and S, or A8 for that matter.

Give me a 745iL with the interior and we will talk, better yet,

give me a 2001 760iL and we can be best friends.

Well... I'm sure it will be even hotter in person and one of the most sought after Premium Sedans when it drops later this year!
And this official sketch of the forthcoming 500+hp TT V8 Alpina B7 will undoubtedly be even yummier...!!!

I think it's a ugly car just like last 7 was. S class looks much better and more elegant than this.

I really like BMW, but I would buy an LS and S-class way before buying a 7-series. The E38 7-series was the best looking 7-series to me.

I agree. It has been downhill for 7 series since then and they never quite make it back.
