Most of the Scion's driven here are by young male/female drivers, most are alright drivers, but you always have those that try to race everything... lol But yet again you will have those type of people no matter what car they drive.

I have to admit I have come across quite a few Scion owners who are "license challenged". No signals, they cut you off, they try to race, they are always in the fast lane. Its sad b/c on the OTHER hand, I've met perfectly good tC drivers and owner, young/old/male/female/goat.

THere is a red one around here that has a big sticker in the side windows "Bros before hoes" or something like that.

Its a fantastic car really but there are some bad apples in that group, probably ex Honda owners.

I won't go into Civic/Honda owners but they are by far the worst drivers on the planet and should not be allowed to drive, they should be given bus passes.

i actually find scion TC drivers less obnoxious than usual suspects like SI or neon drivers.

worst of all is of course a lancer with an evo wing. i hate those.

You deserve the scratch. NEVER break check. If he hit you then you would be liable. Obviously its some inexperienced teen driving. Be an adult and get over.

I’ll second that about Maxima drivers, especially in NJ. Nissan dealers around here must remove the turn signals from all Maxima’s before leaving the lot..

I always brake check (tap, not slam). I want you to back off my ***. Follow the rules and keep a cushion between cars.

If I don't brake check, and there's really an emergency up ahead, the dumbass kid would slam into me. So brake check is a safety precaution.

This is not stereotyping. It's what I/we face everyday.

Young ricer punks are speeding and weaving in and out.
Then you have the drivers who are yapping and texting on the phone.

Old people are either slow or super FAST and are unaware that they merge into your lane. I've gotten cut off by Grandma a couple of times.......no, I'm not slow like a bus either

Middle age women driving with their dogs on the lap.

Raised 4x4s cut you off, bully their way through, with stupid 10,000k HID glaring the hell out of everyone.

Motorcycles weaving in and out, lane splitting.

Stupid, clueless, WTH-moves like an opposite car making a left in front of you when there's no car behind you.
Car making a left turn and stay in the same lane as you when the other 2 lane is completely empty

So in the end, I let the speed freak idiots pass. Let them through, hopefully they'll hit a pole and learn their lesson. I rarely wish harm on others but I can't stand the speeders.

Sadly, I've gotten pretty good with profiling and look for all these idiotic drivers

Since I got my 2009 M3, I have notice that all kinds of car have been trying to get my attention and try to race with me every time. I just slow down and let them pass me, and disappoint them. I have nothing to prove to them and I am not going to full fill their fantasy.

Just let them pass next time. It will tick them off more. Doing break check of freeway is a No-No.

Where I live, it's civics, accords, and V6 mustangs that I have to deal with and sometimes pick-up trucks.

I never noticed bad drivers driving any particular car or of any particular age. I have had anything from middle aged women blindly merging into my lane (and causing me to have to swerve into another lane to avoid damage) to young ricers wanting to race me and cutting me off and whatnot to provoke me to race them. In fact, what I usually notice is anybody driving a small car with crappy add-on HIDs wants to race me (I never do race however, except 0 to speed limit just to school them). I guess they can't figure HIDs are not just there to look cool...

If I were driving in heavy traffic, I would not change lanes just to let an azzhole pass. it disrupts the flow of traffic as it is.

the TC was humping his bumper and not letting off. So a brake tap was in order. No one should ever tailgate, esp in traffic.

I don't know where you guys come from, saying that you shouldn't brake tap.

stupid driver, there are always stupid drivers out there. and there are nothing we can do, very sad, very sad.

I've not had the pleasure of interacting with Scion drivers for years. But here in Germany I generally have similar encounters with their German counterparts. Teenagers in beat-up or modded VW Polos or Opel Corsas that hog the fast lane on the autobahns with their 45 horsepower four bangers and try to annoy the Porsche driver a few feet behind them at 125 mph+.
