Default Your favorite concept cars that never made it to production

What are some of your favorite concepts from the auto show circuit that never made it to the dealerships?

My two personal favorites...

1997 Dodge Copperhead

1998 Jaguar XK 180

Oh...and this one

Though I didn't particularly care for its Rolls Royce/Bentley styling, I would have liked to see the Chrysler Imperial make it. The car market today is woefully short of traditional luxury-type cars........most of them have been turned into sport/luxury sedans.

Maybach Exelero!!!! No I couldn't afford it if it did come out and it is the size of a small island, but I would have loved to see one pull up next to me in real life.

And yes, it is definitely on my review list.

Good choice on the 49, DASH. I had forgotten about that one.

Chevy, BTW, DID go through with two 1949-retro designs.....the SSR and the HHR.

2002 Mercedes-Benz F400 Carving Concept
The wheels actually tilt to hug the road around corners!
(It might just be the outside wheel... I forget.)

I cant believe I forgot about the Ford 49. What a sexy car.

Honestly some concept cars should have been released from GM and Ford.
