Wow. A Korean car that looks like it's borrowed styling cues from other car. Now that is an idea......
Doesn't look bad, but not exactly thrilling. A supercar needs to thrill you without even knowing anything about the car. It's a decent looking sportscar, but the looks will not even compete with anything close to what is out there.
2008 Spirra S
Carbon fiber body panels help keep the Spirra's claimed weight to just2376lb. The body design is relatively generic mid-engined supercar stuff, but that's no bad thing - the Spirra S looks neat and handsome.
Damn..... that's impressive. That car is on some serious diet. With that kind of weight the car can get very fast..... That's even 200 lbs lighter than McLaren F1. This car should do very well in slalom speeds too. How good is the downforce? I hope it won't fly on ya.
I do have to admit the interior, things like dashboard design, door panels, steering wheel look ghey. The company logo looks funky and cheap. The engine cover looks cheap as well. But I do like the exterior design, not sure about the rear view but the rest look nice. I would like to hear some more reviews about this car. I'm sure there is a lot more to learn about before judging the car is crappy or great.
Maybe Hyundai copied off of Telsa? They look more similar.
i think both borrowed koenigsegg simultaneously. this car has been in development since before the Tesla came out. i would copy koenigsegg too if i was designer. it's hot as hell!
ferrari 360 nose with an audi R8 rear. Nice blend. The koreans are coming out with some nice stuff. They are loaded with design cues from their competitors, but hey lexus has been guilty of this in the past as well
I think you hit it much closer. I can see a bit of NSX and maybe a bit more Ferrari in the rear of the roof line but R8 definitely. Not a bad thing at all.
The weight is spectacular. Get beyond the study hall brochure hp nonsense and 0 to whatever numbers and if they keep the weight in that neighborhood and don't bugger up the suspension, it will run away and hide from just about everything once you hit the twisties.

Kind of like Lexus did w/ the LS (esp. the 3rd gen LS)?
Not to mention Infiniti/Nissan borrowing the BMW Hoffmeister (which can now be found in everything from Hondas/Acuras, Lexus, VW, Buick, Hyundai, Mitsu).
Anyhow, not original, but then again, there are a no. of "supercars" that pretty much look like it.
