Hopefully this hasnt been posted yet. I did a quick search but anyways here goes..I would take the ZR1 anyday!

I would take the ZR1 mostly because I think it's better looking and...

$73K GT-R + $15K dealer markup + $25K new tranny = $113,000

ZR1 = $107K.



In all honesty though, very interesting how the GT-R is so quick on the heels of the Corvette even with a 100hp disadvantage. Also, I wonder why this GT-R dynoed at 406HP when some of the early ones were dynoing at around 450hp if I remember correctly. That's quite a discrepancy.

another oddity is that on the corvette forums, they are saying the ZR1 is dynoing way over 505hp which is what the video stated this car dynoed at...

seriously. The ZR1 will look like yesterdays news when they release the V spec. Its the ZR1 version of the GTR.
