I've never understood how are gas is so much more expensive, considering we supply our own oil and refine it.....oh yeah....taxes

Our premium averages about 12 cents per liter...or 48 cents more per gallon

Used to be 20 cents here in Chicago. Now anywhere from 30-40 difference.
