Hey everyone,

Just have a quick questions about leases. I am currently leasing my car for 5 years, do you know whether I can change the lease from 5 years to 4 years? Thanks.. any help is appreciated!

Unless you are trading the car to the dealership or fulfill your financial obligation then the answer is probably no.

Off topic but why are you leasing for such a long time. Usually it is better to buy a car if you are going to hold onto for that long. Leases are better for that 1 - 3 year period.

There are ways you CAN do it, but they wouldn't be honest or legal.

It's a 2008 Lexus IS F. I figured it was just going to be under the company name, so I decided to lease it for 5 years. Yes, stupidity on my part. I'm going to get my 5000 mile oil change this weekend and probably drop by and ask. I just wanted to do some research prior to asking them haha.
