The grill is much better suited to the MDX than the sedans. Hell I'll bet it can even improve the RDX. I absolutely hate the current RDX grill.

Seriously? I guess time will heal the bad imagine!

Everytime my wife sees the MDX, she notices it with: "the uglist monster is coming." << given that she is the typical female does not pay much attention about cars.

It's really hard to say which of these grilles is uglier. Given what I've seen lately from Acura, no doubt the actual grille will be even uglier than the photoshopped one.

I've never liked the 07+ MDX grill. However, the wife (who pilots our 06 MDX) loves the new look of the MDX - especially the rear quarter view. Says it looks less boxy than ours.

Now if they add smart key and cooled seats, I'm in....

The thing about the MDX--I'd live with the ugly grille, because I think the rest of the car is fine. Contrast the 100% ugly TL...

I still like the first gen MDX design over these.

Aside from the massive grille it's about to get, I like it... I've liked the current version out there too. I definitely like the direction Acura is going...

This grill looks great! It flows quite well with the MDX. Acuras are by no means boring to look at inside & out.

From the looks alone I agree with you. While the performance and features of the current gen are better, I still like how the previous gen looks. My wife drives an '05.

Looks like a bigger RDX now without the shield (if rumours are true). I must say though, the PS doesn't look half bad.

That's too bad, the grill is the reason I'm driving an RDX right now instead of an MDX.

I suspect the best view of that new MDX grill is going to be the "spy photo" with it all covered up with tape and paper...
