Default Whats a good motorcycle battery?

I am looking for a Optima Yellow top type of brand battery for motorcycle.

Yuasa.

A lot of motorcycle manufacturers use it as their stock battery.

My OEM battery lasted my bike for 4 years. I just changed it last month.

I concur - I had mine in the bike for at least 6 seasons (didn't even keep it on a trickle charger over the winter) and changed it just because I didn't want to take any chances.

If they make one that fits your bike, try to get a sealed, maintenance free version - I think most newer bikes have these types anyway.

Cool thanks. Another dumb question, where do I buy them? I don't want to get them online so I want to get them in stores locally.

i agree. i hear the oem lasts the longest. i purchased one from the dealer. it wasn't cheap though.

Yeah, my dealer wanted $150 for my Ducati's Yuasa battery!!!
