Might be a scam but the concept could easily be legit... they very likely take your money and invest it in oil... since oil and gas prices stay roughly hand in hand they are safe plus they profit on the fee that you pay them.

Just take the shortcut method and invest five years worth of gas money in oil if you are concerned about the price.

 

No info. Heard it from neighbors and I haven't personally visited that local Shell station yet.

 

Just filled today at pump 4 and still don't give out the receipt on the pump despite it says receipt ready.

 

I haven't heard anything about buying in bulk from any gas station. Exactly how many gallons are we talking about to qualify as bulk? Then where are we supposed to store it safely?
As per the post #3, about the scam, instead of sending money, that some people can hardly wait to throw away, to some unknown investor/thief that they know nothing about, they should open a real account with a real brokerage. Then ask for some investment advice about the oil sector, and choose some stocks that they like and buy them! I've bought many oil sector stocks over the last few years, and everytime the price of oil goes up, my stocks go up!
Of course then I go to the pump and give it all back to the oil companies
