M3 versus 335i? how much is the upgrade worth?

my vote goes to M3 definately..
even if you spend lots of money and mod 335i and it will handle and perform well, you will still end up with a 335i, whereas M3 is the already done overall
package. i think the extra 14k will be well spent.
