Volkswagen Rumbero? (Pic inside)

I've seen this car twice around my house and can't find a lick of information on it... the thing is, it looks JUST like a Touareg, but the badge says Rumbero. Anyone know anything about this???

Rumbero might be the design. Many VW's have the special edition name on it rather than, for example, "jetta".
