Default Audi RS6 Performance Enjoys Carbon Fiber Interior Makeover

German interior specialists Neidfaktor have just finished work on an Audi RS6 Performance, giving the high-performance estate an added touch of refinement and exclusivity.

The most comprehensive change is the inclusion of blue tinted carbon fiber throughout the cabin. It can be found on the center console, elements of the door panels, surrounding the rear air vents and center console, the sides of the front seats, dashboard and even the paddle shifters.

As if that wasn't enough, new alcantara in a honeycomb pattern adorns all four seats and comes complete with bright blue contrast stitching, an eye-catching touch also found on the doors panels, gear selector and steering wheel.

Even though the company, based just outside of Hamburg, hasn't touched the RS6's powertrain, the car is one of the markets fastest and most performance-oriented estates currently available.

In case you didn't know, the RS6 Performance is driven by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine pumping out 605 PS and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque, resulting in a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint of just 3.7 seconds.

Default This Audi RS6 Performance Exclusive Is For The Subtle Super-Dad

Generally speaking, people driving cars capable of putting down over 600 horses, aren't all that interested in blending in.

That theory, however, goes out the window with the immensely fast, yet understated, Audi RS6 Avant, which is good for 605 PS and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque in Performance guise.

Since we're on the topic, all that power helps take it from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds, which is staggering if you consider just how heavy of a car this is at 2,025 kg (4,465). Having said that, it's true that some people like their RS6 standing out as much as possible, which is why you'll see the occasional flashy color or a matte black, or perhaps even a wide-body kit.

This one though, parked inside the Audi Forum in Neckarsulm, comes with a matte white exterior and dual tone 15-spoke 21" wheels. It's not your usual shade of white but you can still argue that it won't draw your gaze as quickly as say this one wearing Polar Blue Metallic.

Inside you've got the Audi Exclusive leather package in Cognac Brown, with lots of black leather, Alcantara and carbon fiber inserts spread throughout the cabin.

Not a bad way to haul family members and luggage around, wouldn't you say?

Default 605 PS Audi RS6 Avant 'Performance' Keeps A Heart Racing

With an upgraded engine and a darkened exterior going for it, the German über-estate would definitely get the job done as an emergency organ transport vehicle.

When it comes to commercials that involve "organic stuff", Audi has managed to make things a little weird in the past. For example, that spot where the R8 gave birth to an RS3 Sportback.

This time around, they went for something more normal, as this red RS6 Avant is only seen blasting through town delivering a heart for what presumably should be a transplant patient.

The performance version of the RS6 has a power output of 605 PS and no less than 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque. In a straight line, it'll do 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds; helpful when you're racing against the clock.

On the outside, the car features exclusive 21" wheels and some matte titanium details and, for what it's worth, there is an extra Quattro logo on the air-inlet duct.

Default Prior-Design's PD600R Kit Helps Audi A6 Avant/RS6 Flex Muscles

Prior-Design just unveiled their PD600Rwide-body kit, which can be fitted to all Audi A6 Avant or RS6 (C7) models.

The kit consists of a custom front bumper, front add-on spoiler, rear bumper, rear diffuser, side skirts, side skirt add-on lip, rear trunk spoiler, roof spoiler and of course the front & rear widenings. Once all the bits are on, the car becomes wider by 8 cm (3.1 in) at the front and 10 cm (3.9 in) at the rear.

A performance upgrade is also available, with the tuner offering 3.0 TDI A6 Avant owners the chance to take their cars from 313 PS and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) to 411 PS and 807 Nm (595 lb-ft) - which is basically a 72 Kw/98 PS & 157 Nm boost.

Those who are bringing in their 560 PS Audi RS6 model will be getting an extra 110 PS to go with 130 Nm (95 lb-ft) of torque, pushing the total to 670 PS and 830 Nm (612 lb-ft).

On the road, the KW DLC Lowering Module is said to improve the handling and overall driving experience, whereas the 21" Vossen VPS-310 wheels should do a good job attracting attention once the car becomes stationary.

Default This Slammed Audi RS6 Wears A Full Carbon Bodywork

An impressive Audi RS6 showed up in Monaco with its whole body nicely finished in naked carbon fibre.

GP Supercars took the ballistic Audi wagon and replaced every body panel with clear-coated carbon fibre ones.

Unfortunately we have no info on whether the car has been updated under the bonnet as well, but sincefactory RS6s are hardly what someone would call a slow car we don’t care that much. As standard, the twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 provides 560hp and 700Nm (516,3lb ft) of torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 62mph (0-100km/h) in as low as 3.9 seconds. Audi also offers the option of removing the 155mph limiter for a supercar-like 189mph (305km/h) top speed.

And that's even before we tell you that Audi also offers a faster Performance version, offering 605hp. In a station wagon. We would like to know though how much weight was shed off the car after they finished with it.

The car, which was displayed at this year’s Top Marques, was seen being driven around Monaco, gathering lots of attention from bystanders among other, much more expensive exotic models.

The only thing we would change frankly is the stance of the car, as it currently sits too low for our tastes. What do you think?
