I agree with reviewer about Aston Martin getting too finicky with the details. This was one of my reservations about the DBS; the body kit and the interior have stepped away from traditional Aston grace and restraint, and gone into gaudy bling bling. It seems Aston's new head of design can't seem to do anything but embellish Ian Callum's gorgeous designs. The new head designer (can't remember his name) only has DBS and the Rapide concept, both of which are just fancified or stretched versions of the DB9.
That said, I still want one. Just don't let the trend continue, Aston. We want some clean, British freshness, not the same thing baked over several times.
