Hopefully the real S4 will look... not like the normal A4. Isn't that front bumper the same one as the normal new A4? I notice the filled holes in the normal A4 are freed up in the S4. Hopefully we'll see new-er, more differentianted styling for the S4, though given you can get a normal A5 with S5 bodykit, I wouldn't be surprised. This reminds me of Mercedes, and how their AMG "sports packages" looked EXACTLY like the actual AMG models.
