Default Dif. between Acura TL vs. Type S...?

Sup everyone, I am in the market for a 2004+ Acura TL. I was wondering if someone can tell me the difference between the TL and the TL Type S? Or just tell me the features the TYPE S has compare to the regular TL.. Thanks...

Major difference is that the regular TL has 258hp (3.2L v6 i believe) while the Type-S gets a 3.5L V6 that puts out 286hp. Not to mention the T-type S gets a Limited Slip differential to help out cornering and traction. The taillights, wheels, etc are different. I'm sure there are more to that, but those are the major differences.

The TL is all you need. The Type-S is marginally faster but if you want that much sport, get an IS 350 or G35 or 335 instead.

Also the type-S comes with Navi standard with better seats, quad exhaust and a meaner look.

Navi, enhanced Brakes, bigger V6, different wheel style, paddle shifters for the automatic. sportier seats with nicer leather (but i believe they may have upgraded the leather in all TL's for this year). sport suspension, etc.

it's also now the only TL you can get with manual transmission i believe.

plus the s-type gets brembos standard. yea the interior is two tone. if drive a s-type then a regular TL you can tell a huge difference in handling and power. i agree with 1sicklex though if you get a TL s-type for not much more $$$ you can get a g35/g37 or lower end IS350 and both of those cars are that much better

I think Type S is needless expense.
