Funny you say that. I hear a bunch of people often get BETTER MPG's than the current (old) EPA ratings state. Of course, a lot of people get a good amount less as well. But it IS possible to get those optimistic EPA ratings or even higher.

indeed! Everyone says it's so quiet at a traffic light. Maybe I'm already used to it but I thought it's noisy (since the Prius doesn't have the same amount of sound insulation as our Camry).

Also, creeping up behind people who walk in the middle of the road is kinda fun (in a sadistic way lol).

and I got hit (not my car, but me walking) by a hybrid and a bad driver behind the wheels b/c it was so quiet! I didn't hear the car coming at me and the driver wasn't looking
