Eh, I hate Hummbers, Escalades, and all the SUV's in general, because they block my view of the road. I couldn't give two craps about enviroinmental reasons, but I wouldn't mind to see more of them getting destroyed, so that people would stop buying these damn things.

Vandalism is vandalism and it takes a low life piece of trash to destroy someone else's property.
I wouldn't hesitate to put a bullet in the knees of someone who touched my vehicle.

As much as I hate Hummers and lifted trucks, those hippies didn't help their cause much.
And Cal_alum is right about Critical Mass in SF, that's why I take AC Transit into the city(too many biking lunatics on BART) and walk downtown on CM days. If those guys were in Texas or some other conservative stronghold, someone might brandish a 12-gauge in front of a Critical Mass...

If he only drives 10k a year then he's not harming the enviroment more then a Prius owner who knocking down 2 or 3x that mileage.
I feel bad for him cause a vehicle is a major purchase and noone has respect anymore, he needs nighvision cameras watching the street and H2, simple as that

I hate all those oversized SUVs, but not because they are environmentally unfriendly. I hate them because they are the opposite of sporty, and I don't know how "Sport" ever became associated with those "Utility Vehicles". Lets see - if you want poor acceleration, poor braking, and poor handling, then the Hummer is perfect. I sat in the back seat of a Hummver at an auto show, and it was cramped back there.
With all of that said, there is no excuse for vandalising someones ride, even if you don't like it, for whatever reason. I have a friend who is into his Cadillac Escalade, and I respect his reasons for owning one, even if it isn't the vehicle for me.
