I actually paid less than a Jetta TDI and still get better mileage. The Jetta TDI gets about Yaris mileage while mine does better than Yaris mileage (rivalling the smart.. except the smart is a 2 seater with a 700cc engine).


Now the new Jetta TDI wagon would be a car to watch out for... 60mpg on the highway is very tempting.
