I saw that video a while back. Was great.... That Veyron 16.4 came out 3~ 4 years ago if my memory is correct. Back then the car was not in production. It is the fastest.... Italian cars rule......

I believe the original Bugatti was designed by an Italian person by the name of Ettore Arco Isidoro Bugatti but he's long gone now. So yes, the Italians were the original designers. Volkswagen purchased Bugatti in 1998...
