Default New X3? and Mini caught in the wild

One of our members caught what appears to be a new refresh of BMW's entry level cute SAV as well as a fully cladded Mini on Artesia Blvd heading towards PCH on the usual BMW loop down to south OC and back up 5/405 freeway.

I doubt it's the X3. It's far too early for them to be testing prototypes on the streets since the new one isn't due until 2011. This year was also the facelift.

The Mini is brand new this year also.

The SUV is an early-prototype new X5. Maybe another variant or something.

That appears to be the X3 replacement.. Sharkfin antenna is a dead giveaway that this is a Bimmer SAV. BMW does not waste any time with the new products Looks like it will be a smaller version of the current X5. The wheels, exhaust tips through the bumpers, are straight from the X5.. Turbo diesel coming to the states... Wow.
