Too bad about the corolla-standard interior. BMW interiors are cheap.

 

I'll give credit where credit is due...the new 335 coupe is great looking IMHO.

 

I'm trading in my IS for a beamer they are cooler...........sike The 335 is nice but I think my IS still has more personality.

 

If the 335i was any nicer it would be a sin. Even the auto trans has an awsome manual mode that holds gears (unlike the Lexus).

 

I prefer the sedan to the coupe.

I kind of agree with this ranking as well. However; with the upcoming Audi A5/S5 I'm going to have to put the A5/S5 either tied for first with the 335i, or maybe an outright 1st. I have to see it in person when it comes out to make my final decision. I like what I see so far though.

 

coupe is very nice... sedan isn't all that great

 

I just ordered a e92 335 coupe a month ago, should be starting production soon. As much as i love the styling, i think the new A5 looks a lot better then the 335.

 

Umm, I can only speak for the IS350, but the manual mode or (S mode) in the IS350 holds gears. (in case you didn't know the IS350 only comes in auto ) I can set it to 2nd gear and the car won't shift to 3rd unless i let it.

As for the looks of the 335i, I would say it looks better than the G35, but I would still choose my IS.

 

Me too. Everyone is saying how bad the new 3-series sedan looks like, but to me it's the best looking one for years. I just lately started to look out for 3-series when this sedan came out. Before this model I never even considered a BMW sedan, and now I'm shopping for 335i sedan myself.

 

For the new gen 3-Series: Coupe >> convertible >> sedan...

 

I think the 335 coupe is awesome

 

I was driving behind one on the highway. The roofline and c-pillars from the rear look really strange. I've decided I don't like the new 3 coupe overall. It just looked funny from behind.

 

On overall exterior alone, my ranking in this class :

G35coupe > G37coupe > 335i coupe ~= IS350 sedan ~= G35 sedan > 335i sedan

335i coupe looks better than the sedan version, but it's rear looks too bland, & I still like the previous 3 series coupe better overall, but it's still looks good enough for me to consider it as my possible next car, combined with it's performance.
