anyway... I'm all set...

i went to the RMV and paid the old ticket, reinstated my license for an extra $100, then i'll have to go to court, give them the receipt, and it'll get dismissed. not so bad. but its definitely going to slow me down and finally push me buy a radar detector.

yeah, i know it was stupid to think they forgot about the ticket, but seeing i didnt get a reminder, it not like i was sitting there one day and said to myself "i think there was a ticket i didnt pay, i'll send a check to the RMV". After some time passes, you forget about things...it happens.

 

Well, looks like lesson learned after losing some cash. Glad you got it worked out.

 

Glad it worked out...usually in these incidents you throw money at it for resolution. No biggie, you are back on the road now.
