ok I'm having a lot of trouble with this 240. its a 92. the problem is that the throw-out bearing clip keeps falling off(it broke off once). I dont know what the problem would be. I think the clip may be installed wrong so can anyone tell me which one is the correct way?

everything is new so far:clutch,throwout bearing,master and slave cylinder,pilot bearing. the clip for the throwout bearing and the one on the fork.

 

never done clutch job before, and when I did a auto to manual swap, I swapped another motor in there as well so I never seperated the the tranny from the motor.

My suggestion is that you try searching this places
